Outstanding resistant to elevated temperatures：the retention rate of mechanical robustness is above 75% under 200℃. Even at 240 ℃ for 30 minutes, the retention rate is above 60%.
Superexcellent resistance to solvent：It can not be dissolved by a known solvent under 200℃. Dip in solvent such as alcohol/gasoline (1:9), diesel oil, engine oil and benzene for about 180 days, the swelling of surface is low to 0.01 μm. Dip in boiling water for 168 hours, the expansion of volume is low to0.01 μm.For its characteristics of high strength and low density, PPS of LTPZC-1000 serials are broadly prepare parts for high temperature condition applied in many fields such as aerospace, petrochemical industry, automobile, machine, household appliances and so on.
