For varied function of parts, PPS for automobile is required to have high rigidity, high stiffness, high toughness, resistance to abrasion, corrosion resistant, resistance to solvent, resistance to temperature leap, resistance to hot water creep deformation, easy to process and good dimensional stability. 1, structure materials –LTP ZC1180A serials
The bearing structure parts of automobile such as fender-guard, cover sheet, pedal, hand knob and seat frame, un-bearing parts such as tank cover, discharge pipe, water tank, back mirror cover and lamp shade are all need higher mechanical strength. It includes not only high rigidity, but high shock strength. The LTP ZC1180A serials resin reinforced by crystal whisker of LETIAN Plastic improve the shortages about toughness and mechanic strength of common PPS resin reinforced by 40% glass fiber, as shown in table1.

2, Corrosion resistant materials – LTP T serials
LTP T serials coatings of LETIAN Plastics have excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion, its adhesive power reach grade 0, impact strength is above 5MPa, hardness reach to HRA80, salt spray test exceed 300 hours, application at moderate temperature, easy to construction, bright appearance.
3, heat leap resistant materials—LTP ZC-1600 serials
As tools for transportation, automobile should be adaptable to many rough-weather conditions, especially for parts around the engine that the metal connector embedded electrode, conductor, holder and seal box, they must be able to resist temperature leap form -40 to 100℃. LTP ZC-1600 serials of LETIAN Plastics have outstanding resistance to heat leap and its overall indicator are increased greatly comparing to the common reinforced materials with 40% glass fiber, as shown in table 2.

4, solvent resistant materials LTP ZC-1800 serials
With the generalization and use of high grade gasoline, the relative parts of automobile such as oil basin, oil pump, magnetic valve and oil pipeline have to face more severe requirement about their solvent resistance. For LTP ZC-1800 serials materials reinforced by nano-carbon of LETIAN Plastics, its oil absorption is under 0.1 mg/(cm2•24hr) and the swelling level is under 1μm/(80℃•24hr) . LTP ZC-1800 serials materials of LETIAN Plastics have excellent resistance to creep. According to the intensified test data, it life-time could up to 125000 hours.
