6, wear resistant materials-- LTP ZW-3160 serials
It is required that the friction factor is low and self-lubrication is good under elevated temperature for automobile parts such as change gear, shaft bearing, axile bush, electric brush and universal joint bulb. LTP ZW-3160 serials of LETIAN Plastics is a kind of PPS/PEEK/PTFE alloy, and its wear resistant property is remarkably improved comparing to common blend materials reinforce by 30% glass fiber. The Pv value can reach to 2200 at 23℃. As shown in table4 and 5.
